Map download Android 4.4.2

Hello, the "Locus Map Pro - Outdoor GPS" app. is excellent. I use it on my 2 mobile phone watches "Imacwear m7 android os 4.4.2, Bluetooth 4.0" for outdoor navigation and sports. Now I bought the same mobile phone watches again. Unfortunately, I can not download offline maps now. The download goes up to 99%, after 5 minutes there is an error message: "Element was not downloaded correctly" and "try again". I have made many attempts, even with different maps (Southern Germany, Bavaria).
Please help me!

sorry for complications. Unfortunately from your description is not clear where problem should be. Is it possible to see a screenshot of this error message? Also from where and how you download your maps? Btw. you have exactly same problem on both devices?

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I have downloaded 5 maps "LoMaps" maps from LocusStore on both mobile phones (in the last 16 months). Only with my new mobile phone watches (all technical data the same as the others) I can not download maps. The error message is only to be seen briefly, therefore no screenshot. This is inexplicable to me. Why does not this work anymore? I have already installed and installed "Locus Map Pro" several times, the app has moved to the SD card and the download is trying.

Hello Menion, I made my settings in the developer menu: 7 times clicked on Buildnumber, hook set at "USB Depuggering". Download "LoMaps Germany_Shouth" in LocusStore. Error message came after about 20 minutes. In the menu "Open report" and click on report came nothing. In the notification bar came "Download Map" and no reference to an error log. A temporary file was loaded: "SD-card / Locus / mapsVector / europe / germanySouth.tmp". Sorry, I can not send a logfile!

Few information:
- Locus Map cannot work with root directory on SD card on Android 4.4. You wrote you have Locus Map on SD card, this means that you placed whole Locus Map root directory to your SD card or you just moved Locus Map on SD card in watches application manager?
- when you download map with Android phone and then move this map to Locus/mapsVector directory, it works without problems?

Hello Menion, I have installed locus normal. "SD card / locus / mapsVector / europe /". Only one temporary file "germany_South.tmp"will be downloaded with 999.14 MB. That is at 99% and then is end. There is no second download (as usual with a working map download).
What should I do exactly? Can you please explain to me step by step?

sorry for a delay with my answer.
Unfortunately this will be complicated. On all common Android 4.4 devices, downloading of maps, or better .. placing "Locus" directory on SD card is not possible. So if this works for you, then your device (watches) works little bit different then other common mobile phones.
Anyway if any problem with downloading happen, there are only two options how to report this issue:
1) describe issue so I'm able to simulate problem on my own device, not possible in this case
2) create a log right after an issue happen, as I wrote before
