Map number limitation of Locus Free vs. Pro

As far as I can see so far Locus Free allows only to download 3 offline vector maps.
Does it really mean "download" or does it mean "keep at the same time"?
What if I have downloaded 3 offline maps then delete them and download 3 other offline vactor maps (for free). Does this work?
Moreover assume I want to save the previously downloaded offline vector maps.
In which directory are these maps stored?
Can I simply copy them over USB to PC?

I'm sorry but probably some misunderstanding. You can download/keep unlimited number of vector maps in Locus Free or Locus Pro. There is gift for every new user in Locus store - 3 vector maps for free, every up to 1GB size. So if you download vector maps from Locus store then first three maps are for free.
You can fidn downloaded vector maps in folder /Locus/mapsVector and yes you can copy them.
