map download `following a path` area

Solved

I have a problem with the `choose path` option when downloading maps. If I choose a path to download I generally have a narrow path, as I`m sure many users do. It`s nearly impossible to choose a narrow path because the slider is set for large increments. Would it be possible to make the slider distances less (ie 0-5 km) make half the slider do 10-100 meters and the other half 100 meters to 20 km? At the moment the slider is so difficult to use at the low end of the slider, that I don`t use it much. It`s a shame because I realy love this feature of Locus, and would use it all the time.

I agree it would be good if this slider has "logarithmic" course

instead of creating logaritmic scale, I added new button next to slider, where you can write exact value by your own!

Excellent solution!

But I would think that the effect of making the line thinner at low zooms would diminish, because tiles are now covering more area, and must be downloaded whole. Just so people understand.

Also, will the number entered be persistent, so that if you came back later to add more width, will the old number still be there?

Have test version?
