Map menu launch from bottom of quick map switch

Why not to add at the bottom of Quick map switch a button which launches Full map selection menu?
Typical affected use-case is:
1. try to select map from quick map
2. if desired map is not there, quit
3. go to menu
4. select maps...
Two steps would be saved without increasing a complexity. Map selection button is logical at the bottom of quick map: when you haven`t found the map there, you will go to full maps.
I like this idea 
Maybe you overlooked it: Since some time the Quick map switch has a button MAPS in the upper right corner which links to the Full map selection menu.

Yes, I overlooked it. The arrow back on top make me think it goes back.
Arrow right and text „More“ would be more clear, but the best would be if the button was below maps. Because if you go through items down you wouldn`t probably return up to check if there is another option.
It is enough now to satisfy me, but I guess most users will overlook it same as me.

this top right part of left sliding panel is ideal place for some "secret" button.
