MapQuest Offline use

Hi,
Is there any way for MapQuest to download and use it offline.it is hard to download a country or even a big city map for higher level .

However I do NOT suggest to download map from online mapQuest map. If you want to download map for whole country - please use LoMaps from Locus store. LoMaps have 10x lower size, contain POIs and you can influence the appearance by themes. Please see http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_locusmaps

I appreciate you.My cellphone internet connection is so low.i want to download map by other software (like Mobile Atlas Creator) and then import to your App.In Mobac i don't find any Locus source to download map for it.would please help how can i download online map in pc and then import them to Locus.
