Maps, Tracks and routes are lost

Not a Problem

I am using Locus Map Pro. I bought Online Maps Germany South and North a few weeks ago. It worked good. Now I discovered, that my online maps are lost as well as my remaining locoins, recorded tracks and downloaded routes. All folders are empty. I did not reset anything. What is wrong?

Hello,

I'm very sorry for the troubles. I guess that you probably mean offline maps not online.

Anyway Locus itself doesn't delete any data. I guess that it can be caused due to system memory cleaner. What device (brand) you use, please? Please see https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:disappearing_data

You can download the mentioned offline map for free from Locus store (Menu > Store > search for Germany South/North and download the map. Regarding the points and tracks - would you please use arbitrary file manager and navigate to the folder /Locus/backup or /Locus/backup/auto. Can you see any *.zip files?

Regarding the remaining LoCoins - please login into the store (Menu > Store > top right account panel) with the same account you used to use earlier. The LoCoins are linked with your store account and should be still available.

Hi,

thank you for your mail. I found a zip-file in "backup" and put the unpacked files in the locus directory but there was nothing of my tracks in there unfortunately. But it is not so important. I downloaded the offline maps and am satisfied.
