Minimap (or split screen)

I would like to propose the possibility to display a small minimap or to split the screen like 25/75 where you can set a different map or a different zoom level for the smaller map.

This would be very helpful while riding bike without completely planning a specific route. It is more easy then to keep an overview of the general sorrounding and the desired direction to go to.
