Please add moon position on compass page. I need this for scouting for time lapse photos. I do the research at daylight to know where the moon will rise in the evening.

Please add also if moon is half or full moon as symbol.

I have Sun Surveyor (Sun & Moon). It is definitely worth the purchase price, if you want detailed information. Suggest that you look at the site and info in Google Play. Also works off line if desired.

Thank you very much. I was exactly looking for this kind of tool. Downloaded.

That is something I still like about my old Garmin GPS 72, it has a screen with the celestial data showing the position of the sun/moon, rise/set times, tide tables, and hunt/fish tables...havn`t got anything like that on my phone yet...

I just wanted to suggest it. This would be nice feature especially for exact setup of compass in the night.

I love love love having the sun on the compass rose. Often it helps me figure out which way to go, eg, follow my shadow.

Last night while caching under the full moon (I hosted an event), once again I wished Locus showed the moon as well. (The moon phase doesn't interest me; for that, I imagine the other app would be fine.) Magnetic compass wasn't being helpful, but the moon was a beacon waiting to be used.

Just a silly little fun idea as far as I'm concerned, but it'd make a cool feature (the sun) even cooler (+moon).

Also useful would be a little dark silhouette (like my picture on the left), directly opposite the sun.

That would make it a little easier, when walking to a geocache on a sunny day, to figure out, hmm, it's about two-o-clock from my shadow.
