Hi, I am using locus for navigation at sea, and while going fast, it is really hard to read the map text and symbols because it is so small.
Setting the resolution scale to 4x helps a bit, but it is far from enough. My new Galaxy s5 has such a hi res screen, i think I need 8x for it to be usable while bouncing around in the boat.

There may be helpful following workaround: from bottom panel enable feature "Lock the zoom". This feature rescale last used zoom-level. You can even tap on zoom-in button to get higher scale.

Hi, thanks, tried it out, but I then have to use the map tiles for a lower zoom level, which has less detail than I want.. As some symbols are only there

Now scale it down to 5 inches across (432ppi). I guess if you look at it on a pc it will be big

Thanks for a screenshot. I'm almost sure, that something do not work :). Becuase if you set 4x rescale for map, I expect map will be blurred at least a little. On your screenshot, everything is OK.
I've attached two files. First is Locus vector map, zoom 17/100%, second same place but zoom 17/400%. You may see the difference. Do you have same change after you enable this "rescale"? You may also see scale in top bar as you see on my second screenshot
Thanks for a screenshot. I'm almost sure, that something do not work :). Becuase if you set 4x rescale for map, I expect map will be blurred at least a little. On your screenshot, everything is OK.
