Solved
This function doesn't seem to work anymore. In 3.0.2 I could paste the following:
geo:51.389553,30.099147
or
https://maps.google.com/maps?ll=51.389553,30.099147&q=51.389553,30.099147&hl=en&t=m&z=15
and it would correctly detect the coordinates. In 3.1.*, it's always 'invalid coordinates'
