Multiple maps in single sub-folder?

Hi Menion et al.

Does this thing with copying all maps into one subfolder work in my following situation?

I have started to download the one online map. Suddenly I realized that the internal memory does not have enough capacity. Due to daily download limit I have to download it by parts. Now I moved downloaded sqlitedb together with journal file still not completly final into the sd card and created the link on this external map. After further downloading session Locus placed the sqlitedb file again into internal memory. So, one map but divided in two files. Could these two files be merged by copying them into one subfolder? Or should I forgot about downloading any map because of capacity restrictions of my phone?

Regards

Roman

Good day Roman,

multiple partially downloaded maps in the single folder may really solve your issue exchange for tiny performance decrease in rendering speed.

I always considered raster maps (downloaded online maps) as a nice addition to vector maps that Locus Map support. If I may give you suggestion, download from Locus Store maps called LoMaps (three are for free) and download raster maps as you do now, only for some most important areas. You may also download vector maps from the internet, there is many websites that offer them.

Hope this helps.
