Hi Jan,

what you see on the screen is a map. What you plan in the route planner, is route. Maps and routes are created from two separate datasets. Therefore, sometimes it happens that the route has a slight deviation from the map.

Then how to create routes with a minimum deviation from the maps?

it is very important to me because at a deviation of 100 meters you can even die

Hi Jan,

I suppose you still see the terrain and the road and you don't obey the navigation if it goes slightly off the road due to bad routing data. Locus Map uses BRouter , GraphHopper and Yours routing services for routing - unfortunately, all these services use the same dataset - Openstreetmap.org. In some less populated or less developed areas this data is not much detailed or accurate.

best regards

Michal
