Navigation: distance to destination is wrong

In navigation mode, the distance to the destination (in km) is displayed wrongly.
When navigations starts, it seems to be three times the real distance.
When I get x km nearer to my destination, the displayed distance is reduced by x km also, so arriving at my destination, locus shows me still a distance of twice the starting distance...
Only for the very last section of the route (when a flag is shown instead of turning instructions), the displayed distance is correct.
However, ETA is calculated correctly - yesterday locus calculated about 1h for (displayed) 300km - cool....
