New Close dialog: Improve restart dialog when recording a track

Start recording a track, go to settings > localization > language, change it and save. Now, the new “Close dialog” appears (see also http://www.locusmap.eu/news-in-version-2-19-0/). Locus asks to be restarted, warns that active processes will be terminated, and offers a trash bin icon and the stop recording icon.

Both did not work in v2.19.0 but work in v2.20.2, so this seems to be fixed :-) After restart, the recorded track is detected and recording can be resumed, so recording is not lost – this is a very relevant information missing in the dialog. Please, add it.

So let's solve this complicated problem after an year.

Text at bottom of dialog improved "All active processes will be terminated. No data will be lost".
