New phone install problems

Just got a new phone with android 7.0 on it. Did a phone clone to clone for old phone to new phone app seemed to have transfered ok but on start I kept getting prompted to move change the directories to internal memory. So I deleted the whole thing and tried to reinstall from google play. I have purchased locus map pro but google play is requiring me to pay again. What must I do to fix this problem? Can't do without locus.

Thaks Menion. This however doesn't address the fact that I have purchased Locus Pro. To reinstall I would have to buy it again. Somehow the google play has forgotten that I have purchased it already. This has happened on other apps. Do you know if this can be fixed?

Understand. In case, Google Play does not see purchased Locus Map Pro, then it is definitely problem in added accounts in your device. Please check, if you have in your device exactly same gmail account, you used for previous purchases.


Hope this helps. If all will be correctly, I'll add to this discussion my colleague Hanka, who should check your purchase on Google Play. Anyway this issue is really on 100% not related to Locus Map itself.

Ok, my bad. Logged in to google play with the wrong account so my library of apps was not the same. Now that I log in with the proper account everything is ok.
