New values for audio trainer: up and down

I would like some new varables which can be used within the audio trainer:
- height meters up hill
- height meters down hill
At the moment there exists only one value (addition of up and down) and thats not so useful when you follow a track with known meters up and down.
I like this idea

thanks for an idea. There is a lot more users that wants this improvements and just miss this post ( that's why here is so a few votes only ).
So in next version will be cumulative elevation change completely removed and replaced by this

Although the meaning of "drop" is understood, in English the opposite of "gain" is "loss" therefore "Elevation gain" and "Elevation loss".
The variables become:
Alternatively, total cumulative elevation gain and loss are commonly described by these two terms: "Ascent" and "Descent".

Awesome, thanks for that modification to split gain and loss.
I also vote for "ascent" and "descent", which is a pretty common terminology (eg Garmin).
