New user needs basic help like Locus 101

Hello
Is their a help site for newbes? Most of the FAQ`s are way above me Locus looks like a high end program.
I would like to track and record my Motorcycle trips. Like adding fuel stops and Good places to eat.
Also to layout a pre trip of places to go and see.
But I have never used anything like this and need help getting started from the Pro`s.

It tries to explain too much. People should post videos explaining just one feature of Locus, slower and in more detail.
Understandably, documentation for Locus is lower in priority than adding more amazing features. : p

Instructional videos made by recording actual video just don`t cut it. Below is a link to a video made for a competitor (YIKES!), made with a dedicated screen capture program. Much nicer.

hey, it`s so old video :) (and probably only one ..) ... don`t want anyone record some? eh ...
anyway Gerry, as guys already said, there is no complete manual for Locus yet. My wife is working on manual on Locus homepage. There is also section "how to" that should be quite useful for you. Today we placed there Czech translation, probably tomorrow will be there also English, so check it. Hope it will be useful for you with some tasks ...
