I can't go to Locus Store. Message no Google Account found. (german: kein Google konto gefunden).


I have Locus Pro and bought Field Notes!

I have to ask, if you have any existing Google account directly in your device? You may check it in system settings > accounts.


Also, are you using latest version of Locus from Google Play? If not, please make an update.

Hello,


I have more then ine Account. I actually deleted all Accounts up to my main Account, but nothing changed.


I have Locus Pro 3.15.2

Hmm interesting. Hard to say Johann, what is wrong.


Aren't you for example using Locus on Android 6.0+? If so, did you allowed permission for Locus to access your accounts with new permissions system?


Also, you tap in main menu on "Store" button. What happen? You immediately see mentioned error or you get an offer, how to login to Locus Store?

Ok, that solved the Problem. I open the App permission (Accounts were allowed!) and closed it and now it works. Don't know why?

Hello, interesting. It is possible that you allowed Locus to access your accounts some time ago and now you denied it? Hmm or maybe you allowed this on older Android 5.0+, then you updated your device to 6.0+ and since then, this problem occur?

Hello, I work with Android 6 a long time and I don't remeber that I denied access for Locus. I work with Locus a few times a week and I can't say when the problem really originated, for me it occurs yesterday!

Hello Johann, sorry for a delayed response. Finally after long time, I did a small improvements, so next time when this may happen, Locus will notify about this problem (missing permission) and will require new login. Thanks and have a nice day.

this error 50 happen to you even with simple steps:


restart device or terminate Locus in application manager > start Locus > tap on Menu > Locus Store?
