with the last update I got a problem with Bluetooth Arendo device.
The heart rate is not shown. If I start another programm for heart rate monitoring paralell to Locus then it works
Hi
I just realized that Locus does not show heart rate from my Panobike BT4 belt anymore. Not sure if this is only since the update to 3.16.0 - but i definitely successfully used it about a week ago prior to the update. The device is reported as "connected" but with "No valid data" in the Bluetooth manager.
I tried to delete the cache, restart my phone, delete all app data, delete and reinstall the entire app. I tested with another app (HRMonitor) - there heart rate is displayed.
Is there anything I can try to make this feature work again?
Thanks!
Flo
Because you confirmed me that there is some problem and that it's not just an issue in my HRM monitor, I did deeper into this and after some experiments, I've found combination that works. Stupid Android implementation where you can do one task and second task cancel previous. Damn. I'll test it more in the field but consider this problem as fixed. In next version it should be ok.
Thanks for a push and bug report!

Good day Florian,
this is really really interesting. I also use same Panobike HRM monitor and since few weeks it stopped work for me in Locus as well. I was fighting with it quite a lot. Nowhere any error message, all looks fine just no data. Then I tried it in Endomondo and ... same result. Even worst, this app was no even able to connect. I tried to reset everything, clear everything, nothing helps. Now I have to purchase new battery somewhere to test this last option, crazy :).
So I'm aware there is somewhere any problem, I'll inform you when something change. Thanks

Hi Menion,
Thanks! Glad you have the same device, so it makes it high priority ;)
Funny enough, the app "HRMonitor" is able to connect and display heart rate right now. If I have that app running and recording i can see my heart rate in locus. If I stop that app, locus continues to display heart rate. The moment I disconnect and reconnect the belt in locus - "no valid data". Reconnect in HRMonitor - data becomes valid again.
Does this give you a hint?
I might try the new battery today (i should have some CR2032 at home...) and let you know the results.

Hi Everybody!
I have the same issue with my BT Geonaute Heart Rate Sensor!
Before I update LOCUS, it was working well, but since the version 3.16.0, it doesn't work...
I have try to change the battery, but it remain the same problem.
Then, I have downloaded another soft (Decat'Coach) and it work with this app....
What I should do to make it working with Loacus Pro?
Thanks to all for your answer.....

Hi, can confirm BT Sensors (HRM and Cadence) no longer working after update. "Bug-fix" version would be really nice! Don't wanna have to use Strava till April...

I want to report the same problem. HRM and Cadence BT Sensors don't work either. In previous version of program all worked perfectly. Currently Locus connect to sensors but there is a warning: no valid data found (brak poprawnych danych).
Thanks in advance for solve this problem. I will be waiting unpatiently!
Greetings!

Just felt worth adding that the latest Locus beta 3.16.0.3 fixed this for me.
(But I have to admit that this really was quite an annoying thing. HRM sensors are known to sometimes not work if the contact between the belt and body isn't wet, so I left for a ride thinking it will fix itself later. But once away from home, I realized something's wrong (other apps worked fine), but I could no longer downgrade as neither Google Play nor Locus itself lets me do that and I was already away from my notebook which happens to hold a few old Locus apks. But I suppose the solution is to keep apk backups on the phone itself, there is little you can do about this, right?)

Hello Menion!
Unfortunately, the problem is still there (v. 3.16.1).
Locus began to record data from BLE HRS, unfortunately stopped after 10 minutes.
Greetings!

Hey !!
For me, the issue is solved, I have updated LOCUS (v3.16.1) and this morning I tried it about 40km without problem.
Thanks!

Hello Menion
I made a series of re-tests and it seems that the problem has been solved. Locus
recorded all the HRM data and there were no communication problems. Is well.
Thanks and regards.
