No LoMaps

or

2. tab country/whished country

The simplest way is - go to Locus Store > select country > LoMaps are at first positions, see the screenshot of Italy:

Attached my screens for Italy: only by payment.

Enrico, it seems you have already consumed your welcome map gifts with your present Locus Store account - it doesn't matter if you have Free or Pro version - Locus Store purchases and downloads are associated with your account.

Never used it before, installed for first time 2 days ago and bought straight the premium.

Free version not tested.

Then if it's connected to my account why i can't find them?

Hi Enrico, as I understand there is not an official list of the free maps, one has to search for them by himself.

For example, I've found them by browsing the list and clicking on some maps that I was interested in.

Italy (north or south) was marked as for payment, so I was not able to download it for free. After I've gone to Germany -> Bayer, I've clicked on it and discovered that was for free. Same happened for Switzerland.

At the moment I have downloaded the following offline-maps:

1. Germany/Bayern (free)
2. Switzerland (free)
3. Northern Italy (paid 75 LoCoins)

No idea where I can find the third map to download for free. Every map I tap is listed as for payment, no "gift-packet" symbol on them.... :(

Thanks Giulio, but the main question is that I'm interested in Italy maps and not Bayern, Czech or... moon maps.

In their welcome email and also in the app they say:

3 Free Offline LoMaps of Your Own Choice

(Menu > Locus Store > by country tab > select country > LoMaps)

LoMaps cover the whole World in great detail. They can be switched into several themes – hiking, biking, skiing, car and city. First three packets of LoMaps are FREE for you!

So this is not true 😠 because is not the whole world but only certains countries.

Where are first 3 packets for free of the whole world?

if you enter to "Locus Store" click top right "hamburger button", open My history/Locus Store purchases

you will see which maps you have downloaded, Free maps are marked with 0 L,

so if you have till now downloaded only 2 free maps and you want a Italian one, please wait till next week i´m sure Petr will take a look on Italien maps.

For now they are not downlodable for free, also for me......., i think this fault will be solved soon ;-))

yes this looks like a bug in Locus Store which is managed by my colleague Petr who is out of office till this Thursday - we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sure your LoCoins for the Northern Italy will be given back to your accounts as you of course are granted THREE LoMaps for free.
