How to display current zoom level (such as 13 on below screenshot) on map ruler after Locus downgraded to 3.38?

Good day Maciej,

nothing like this no longer exists in recent Locus Map version. "Zoom numbers" were replaced by dynamic scale. Only what you can display is current map level and it's rescaling value (%) in the top toolbar (tap on app title) under "Maps" option.

„current map level and it's rescaling value (%)” – that is exactly what I very liked see here. Yes, I can display them on top bar, but only instead of other display, e.g. GPS. So far I could see both at the same time. Regress, very sad.

Understand Maciej.

In previous versions, numbers at bottom in the scale-bar was equal to visible scale. As I wrote, this is no longer correct for every available map in the app. Generally, these numbers are useful for little "geeky" users, but for general users, I believe they are completely useless.

They describe the state of the current map, so they belong on this place, next to the information about current map. Thanks for understanding.

Hi, Menion.

I join the request to return display current zoom level. The option "in the top toolbar (tap on app title) under" Maps "option" offered to you is very inconvenient, since the top menu is hidden and in addition, I always have the option "time before sunset".

Please return current zoom level to switch map ruler.

This can be done as an option for advanced users in "expert settings".

Hello Negin,

what is the usage of this number for you? You should see if the currently visible scale fits your needs or not. You do not need a number for confirmation. Also as I wrote, the app no longer uses a system of strict zoom levels as before so the number may not be precise in all cases.

I agree with Negin. I use this number because I want to see if tile scaling is due to the fact that I have already exceeded the maximum zoom in for a given map, or is it temporary, because the next zoom level has not yet loaded. After the change, I do not see it immediately.
