When place cursor on POI ( spring e.g) it don't show name and distance.

go to Locus settings > Points&tracks > Point label content > Labels on map - select "On hover"

so you have Locus Map Free... this is a bug - "on hover" labels should be available, we are sorry for it. It will be fixed in the next version.
