No Text to speech
Not a Problem
Sometimes when I start Navigation I hear no TTS. Last weekend I found the reason.
I had the issue and entered Settings/Language/Text to speech
I pressed the Test Button and heard something like "text to speech file version x loaded".
After this tts worked in Navigation.
I don"t know who is responsible to load tts file. But it seems "test" does something to force it.
Maybe you can have a look what this might be and add this to the first usage of tts after App start.

to be honest, this sounds a bit weird. The "test phrase" button doesn't bear any command to download anything. It just triggers the TTS service to read the phrase, nothing else. If your system TTS is properly installed and set, there is nothing needed to do before launching navigation with TTS instructions.
