No updates, can't find Locus Map Pro in play store

Good day,

I've noticed there are no updates to the app and then couldn't even find it in the Play Store.

I use Locus on android version 5.1 device.

What could be wrong?

Thanks Max, I could open it in browser, but not in the play store, there it says "item not found". In the browser play store says "this app is incompatible with your device" I guess that's what it is. It's a pity, since Locus was working perfectly for me on this device.

Hello.

You can try delete temporary Google Play app files on your device (Menu - Settings - Application manager - Google Play Store - Clear data).

Hi Adela,

Did just that. Play store still doesn't show locus map pro in search and in my installed apps. And still does say "app is incompatible with your device" if I open the app page in browser instead of the playstore app.

As reminder I am using Locus an Android 5.1 device. :)

Are there any clues?

I recall also being subscribed to the beta program, maybe this also has something to do with the issue.

Update. I have been able to install the Locus 4 alpha on the same device, and it works great, so the older version should be compatible too, I guess.

So maybe this is a Play Store issue.
