No updates offered (2nd timre)
Not a Problem
Hello,
for the second time I get no Locus Map Pro update offered. I see that behaviour on two different devices
- Samsung S5 Android 6.x
- Terra Pad 1003 Android 5.x
That happens on both devices:
The first time was when the update to 3.25.2 was offered in the Google Play store. In the Play Store Locus was not listed as an available update. When I searched for Locus Map Pro in the Play Store I was offered to "Delete" or "Open" it, not to update it. In the "Installed on my device" list in Google Play Store Locus Map Pro was not listed.
I needed to uninstall it, to get the new version.
Now, 3.25.3 is not offered as well. Same behaviour. See attached screenshots.
Hi Andreas
for me it takes also up to 24 hours till i get the update offer.
But if you know there is a new version available, open playstore tab "installierte" (your second screenshot) search for "Locus PRO" click on text, not on "öffnen", so in next window you´ll see "aktualisieren"

Good day Andreas, balloni,
I have to say, that on side of developers all work ends with uploading new version into Google Play console. When and how this new version gets to users is completely on side of Google. Because in app was no changes that should affect compatibility with currently supported devices, there is no reason not to get update.
Not sure if balloni's suggestion helps, but give it a try ;).
