Notification when pausing/starting track-recording.

During my last hike, I was frequently pulling out my phone to record points and accidentally paused track-recording. I didn't notice it until later. The red track-line had stopped and the side-tab indicate "Paused" (in orange).

There is an option to provide a notification when GPS acquisition is acquired or lost.

I wish to propose a similar option to enable/disable notifications when track-recording is started/paused. I think if I had heard the phone beep or speak (when I mistakenly paused track-recording) it would've allowed me to fix my mistake immediately.
