Offline installation of Locus Free

Hi,
I have got a tablet with Android 4.4 that has no internet access any more (wifi chip probably defective). Besides of this problem the tablet works perfectly. I would like to install Locus Free via an apk file. Unfortunately since version ?? Locus sideloads one or more library files when it is started for the first time. Is it possible to install the libraries also with one or more apk files? If this wouldn't be possible, one is limited to a very old version of Locus.

unfortunately this is not possible. Locus cannot be initialized without internet access, sorry to say this.
