Hi,
in near future, we are going to rebuild whole geocaching part of Locus based on the new Geocaching API. During this reconstruction, hopefully, we'll find out how to solve offline TWB logging.

It appears this still has not been added. I would love to see offline logging of trackables. I always log offline due the way I geocache, where I geocache and how I like to log. I have the setting in Locus Pro set to "Always log offline". When caching I often have trackables that I want to log. It would be great to be able to create an offline log for TBs at the same time as an offline cache log.
