Offline map lvl16 zoom dosnt work

When i`m going for a trip i always dowload map offline (online map osmap.pl-> download, current scren).
Last year i done it several times and this map are stil ok. but today i dowlnoaded new map for a trip and is show lvl11 4 squre, lvl 12 20...lw15 300 and lvl16 1440. when i go to offline map info it showing lvls 11-16 but when i turn on map wiev lvl15 is ok and when i zoom to lvl16 i got white backgrund and had olny recorded traces.

got lastest version dosnet help
Online version of the map (poland->osmap.pl clasic) got lvl 17 and 18 so its not the issue
i got problem whith map file when i turn in locus free menu->maps->local(new name of offline) ther is list of map
and destination folder at the top but when i open this folder on the PC the are old maps and jorls but the problematic maps file is missing. (it is located on external sd card

when i open file manager on the phone i can see new map file but i cant see them on the PC to copy and upload

finally i was able to copy the file. zip file contains two maps with the same problem.

As I see, last level 16 has only empty tiles in your map file. Question is why?
I'm checking official web site http://osmapa.pl and it looks their map server is not working so it looks more like some troubles on side of map provider then in Locus Map. @Petr, may you please look at it? Thanks

I'm afraid about saving maps on external storage on the phone. i'm assuming there was some problem with file ending becouse it was iwisible on PC until i restart my phone (OS on it) and that action end "corectly" the file and know is wisible for windows

There is response from administrator of Osmapa.pl:
z16 and I think 18 and 19 are unavailable because of a harddisk
crash some time ago. Prompted by your message I restarted the
database import and it should start rendering again in 5 to 7 days.

i tried two diff location from previos post and this time lvl 16 work corectly. thx for help. To close
