open setting window if settings are disabled

if i change switch in settings off > on and settings of this feature are disabled, nothing happens.
So my idea, if user switch on a feature, open "setting window" of this feature if settings are disabled.
I like this idea

The Android settings for Android sound and vibration are hard to understand. It took me a while to find out how to let an incoming call ring and vibrate simultaniously.
