Open Topo Map Zoom Level 16 and 17 not accessible since last update. Just gives me inflated zoom 15 pictures.

I'm sorry for troubles but we needed to remove levels 16 - 17 because map server often sends wrong response for these zoom-levels. This is discussed in another topic:

I'm sorry but max-zoom level is 15 for Open Topo Map. As alternative I can suggest to download LoMaps maps from Locus Store.
