Outdoor maps are not running anymore

Solved

since the last update from Locus (may be it's even a problem of an Android update) the outdoor-maps doesn't run. In the loading fields on the display there is an information, in German "Zugriff verweigert". Bevor the 3.36.0 the maps haven't made problems.

Other maps are running without any problems.

The outdoor maps are in the right files storage "maps". Directly in the main storage of the Samsung S 7, not in the external SD-card.

but again, I haven't change notthing, from day to day, it's out of running.

Hi Toni,

do you use the same Google account as before? Are you logged in Locus Store? Check it please. If yes, then unlog/re-log in the Locus Store with the same e-mail you purchased your offline maps with.

Hello,

I had the same problem on a S7, I couldn't use an externally paid map (IGN Belgium) since the last locus update (3.36.2). I was logged with my usual Google account on locus map store. But the problem seems to be solved by checking the status of my IGN subscription and actualising the external map.

Hi Michal, 

first, I haven't change nothing. I use LocusMap on the Samsung Smartphone S7, edge, if I'am mobil on the way. At home I use a 10 Inch Samsung Tablet. On both I use Outdoor maps, also the original maps of Locus. The Locus maps are running on the smartphone at on the tablet. From the beginning I hat the Outdoor maps only on the Smartphone, later I copied the files into the Locus folder of the tablet. It runs on both, without a problem till now.

If I'am on the way, normally I use the email account of google =  tonibetzmeir@gmail.com. Officlal and in the office my "official" e-mail,  = toni.b@betzmeir.com. From my company. I#am not sure, which access I had used for LocusMap, I think 90 % is was tonibetzmeir@gmail.com. But this access is the same at the smartphone and on the tablet. For the internet site of locusmap an the registration there, I used toni.b@betzmeir.com, because I prefer the PC to work with it.

May be you a have a solution. Thanks

Hi Toni,

we are sorry, the fail was on our side, more exactly in the 3.36.0. version. We are very sorry for that. Please update to 3.36.2. version - all has been fixed. Best regards. Michal

Hello Michal,

I had done a test and bought an additional outdoor-map (Ostalp, summer) from your platform. Now, after I had installed this map in my locus app, all other outdoor-maps are now running again, too. 

So this moment, everything is allright.
