the problem is that with offline maps
I used (see picture)
Base Map as a vector map
Overlay as a personal overlay map with zoom 4-12.
The previous version allowed the map change automatically when going from 12 to 13.
The 2.15.0 release no longer allows this possibility. The overlay card remains on the screen

I Hope that clearly understand your “issue”. Basically this is not bug but intent. Let me explain it on your example. You can zoom Basse-Normandie vector map into zoom-level 22 but your NokiaF12.sqlitedb map only into zoom-level 12. When you zoom to level 13 Locus scale both maps. So you can see clear base map and also re-scaled NokiaF12 map.

with old version if the automatic zoom-lock function is disabled (see photo)
only the vector map was displayed, the card had disappeared nokiaF12
with the 2.15.5 release: both cards remain visible.

This is how map overlays in Locus works. If overlay map has no detailed levels then is this map rescaled to fir the base map.
