this map is not available in Locus at this moment. However there is advanced how to article that describe how to add custom map into Locus http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:advanced:customization:online_maps
On the other side I'd like to ask you if is this map vital for you. For example offline LoMaps maps contains similar information in winder / SKI theme. You can download LoMaps in Menu > Locus Store
