Because I use it so often, that I don`t want to turn it on every time I start Locus. So I wish to have it on every time I start Locus as default.

Sorry Ivo, but this settings do not have much sense from my point of view. On a screenshot it`s already see, that you have "Track record" button on top panel. So it`s only one click to enable it, isn`t it?
EDIT: hmm so in next version, Locus will enable track record panel, if you previously close locus with this panel visible
