Points and track icon/function?

Was about to draw & measure a new route yesterday, with active compute engine. Nothing showed up, only straight lines between points. Realized I've long-pressed icon for poi/tracks and "hide all".
Can I have a warning... when initializing draw & measure function... generated track will not show?
Or, when draw & measure function is active, hide tracks/poi/all is ignored?

thank you for your observation! Agree, so in next version, track created during "add new route" function, will ignore mentioned settings. Thank you.
