What u mean with "mobile system"?

First, be sure you enabled this in your Android system settings.

In Locus you will find here:

Settings/Trackrecord/Record..

  1. Record Cell-ID locations – a function to determine your position on the map without using GPS or Wi-Fi phone operator. For example, it is used to quickly find a position in a building or other place where there is no GPS signal available.

CellID, I didnt noticed that, thanx. What about when gps is off and i dont record? Maybe if gps is off then app ahould show actual positin using phone operator data? Now i tried to record position without gps and locus still show me the last position if i tap to show my actual position.

P.s. android settings enabled of course to share location, only gps is off.

Hello,

1. be sure (as gynta and you confirmed) you have enabled this in Android settings

2. enable Locus to recieve location. To do this, go to "Satellite screen" and tap on circle in the middle or button "Enable My location" at bottom.

Now Locus should receive changes in your network/wi-fi/bts locations and display them on map as a small green circle

restart should not be needed anyway it's truth, that it usually helps on many problems.

As I know (based on personall experience), BTS location is received by Locus once per minute, so it may took a while, till it get new valid location.
