absolutely as long as you will have same Google account on both devices!
It is similar to moving Locus to a new device, which is describe here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:new_device_do_i_have_to_pay_again
Amount of devices you may use on same account is not limited for Locus Map Pro application.
