Pro version installed but locked as the free one

Not a Problem

Hi, unfortunately I've formatted the phone sd card. After reinstalling Locus Map Pro the pro features are locked.

I've tried to purchase again the pro version but I get an error message.

I've also reinstalled the app but the issue remains.

we are sorry for inconveniences. Did you try just to turn Locus Map off and ON again? It should help...

Hi, my current version is 3.38.6 and it looks like there is not anymore the quit function (last line of the menu). Several days ago I tried a lot of times to quit the app via android app closing capability, unssuccessfully.

Anyway, the app is running now with all the pro functionalities ! I guess you have maybe regreshed my account. Thanks a lot, it's perfect now.

Hi,

no, we didn't do anything :) Just when you need to close the app, just double tap the "back" button of your phone. That's it. No need to force close it from the system menu.
