Problem after disable Filter for Points

In latest Version there is a Problem whe filtering a list of points.

Steps for reproduction:

- go to a list of points

- filter this list for "geocache found - yes"

- in the list now only found geocaches

- delete all the found geocaches

- list will be emty (filter says: good filter, nothing is shown) -> this is ok

- now go to filter and disable filter

- the list is still empty and the message from the filter is shown

- now I have to go back to the map and back to the list to see the list content again...

The problem is new, because i used this procedure very often for a oing time and there wasn't this problem before.
