Problem with export full GPX data

When I export recorded gpx to my computer (I´m sporttracs user) heart rate record is not shown. It is interesting because if I export data to the Strava, gpx reexported from Strava contain heart rate record. Have I badly set my Locus or is not possible to export full gpx data right from phone?

please check if you have correctly se texport to GPX v 1.1 in export screen. Older version of GPX 1.0 do not support heart rate (generally any sensor) values.

Thank you for quick answer, but I have tried export data to GPX v 1.1 and even TCX always without success.

Hmm Karel, I don't like to say this, but it is not technically possible. Mainly because export to Strava is made from two steps:
1) export track as GPX 1.1 to SD card
2) send this track to Strava server
Are you absolutely sure, you check correct exported file? Please check it once more. Thanks.
