Problem.with loading maps on new device

Hi.

Just bought a new device and was trying to copy maps I purchased before onto a new one. Copied them to google drive and moved again to my sim.card then tried to add to app...all disappearing. Tried too many options now...via bluetooth...by pasting into locus map folders...app either does not recognise the file or.reports a problem with a file...

Can you please advise? Or best top up my account with purchased coins again and I will purchase the same maps again.

Need them urgently in May.

Dear Agnieszka,

I would suggest to check the steps described in http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:move_to_new_device_sd_card

Locus working directory is by default located in the internal memory. Please copy your maps into correct folder:


  • KOMPASS and SHOCart maps should be located in folder /Locus/maps
  • LoMaps maps should be placed in /Locus/mapsVector directory
