Problem with recording track

Not a Problem

When recording a track, the correct recording only takes place when the display is on. As soon as the display is off, the recording is interrupted and only resumed when the display is on again.

This problem has only appeared for a few weeks. I have been able to use LocusMap for many years without any problems.

Hi Wolfgang,

this behavior is most probably caused by your device battery optimization. Exclude Locus from it or turn it off. Various manufacturers have various methods, not all of them are included in the "battery optimization" settings section, they can be scattered over whole settings including security etc. All our knowledge on this problematics is summarized here: or here:
