Problem to store a POI or to export POIs

Hello,
I`m working with Locus Pro V 2.19.1 on Android 4.3.
I have sometimes problems to store a new POI. There`s only the window `In Bearbeitung`. The only way to stop it is to stop the application and to reopen it (the app runs as system function).
And now a had the same sitation when I tried to export stored POIs.

may you please explain it little bit more? From your description, it looks like locus is stuck on some loading dialog. But during which activity this happen? Is there any clue, what you do that this happen, because you wrote "sometimes"
