Purchased SHOCart lower zoom problem
Not a Problem
Hello,
I have just purchased SHOCart - Hiking - Vysoke Tatry. When I am trying to display a map, there are just small areas shown - 800 m (15). Other parts I can not display in detail - latest possible is 1km (13). I did not see any problems during downloading (Honestly, I didnt pay attention to that). Where is the problem and how to solve it? Thanks, Sona

I have to say that SHOCart - Hiking - Vysoke Tatry map was really corrupted about month ago. However map should be ok right now. But there is another user with similar problem - please see http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/map-download-not-complete#comment-31791
Unfortunately we aren't able to simulate this issue. I've downloaded map successfully today morning. Please try to download map again and please collect the debug log if downloading fail. How to create debug log is described in http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log
