Quick measurement not working with my oppo F5
Not a Problem
I currently changed my phone to oppo F5 from oneplus. I kinda had enough with its GPS losing signal all the time. While after transferring everything seems to be working fine, I just found out quick measurement with two fingers does not. I tried turning the option on and off and shutting down and reopening the app but it still won't work. Any ideas on solving this since I use this feature quite a lot.
Good day,
I'm not aware of any problems with this feature. If enabled in settings > maps > map objects > quick measurement, after standing still with two fingers on the map for more then 750 ms, line should appear. Please check your settings once more and really try to stay calm during long click on the map with two fingers.
Let me know if it works at least sometimes, or never at all.

Wow. You are right. It works! The fingers have to stay longer than before.

Perfect, glad to hear we found a reason. Previously, it quite often happen, that "Quick measure" line appear by accident and then pinch zoom stopped to work. So after some experiments and discussion with users, we found currently settings as optimal compromise. Hope it will work for you as well!
