I would like to hear also any benefit from this solution. What is advantage of radar (second screenshot right?) compare to compass?
Because I personally from usage point of view, do not see a big difference. Radar seems to be a simple map view in Locus without background map :).

In Apps with radar I use it more than the compass. I like it, because for me it's more comfortable. There is no big difference, of course. ;-)
