Is implemented / could be implemented a feature of early warning on rain clouds approaching to your actual location or to your planned track (based on actual real radar data)? Something like a pop-up message/sound warning that there will be rain in 15 minutes. Also some interpolation of your future position when planned track is set could improve the functionality.

Such requires a complex infrastructure and service arrangements - a place already filled by other apps, that do the job quite well.

agree with Michael, this feature is close to separate weather application specialized in such kind of task. Weather service in Locus Map is just a small bonus to travelers who do not need to use more precise specialized weather app (and also a small gift to my wife who loved this feature :) ).
