thank you for your report. Same issue rarely happen to me as well, but unfortunately I was not able to simulate it. You wrote that it happen after unlock on screen. But when I start track recording, side panel is still visible. When I then turn off screen and later turn it on back, side panel is still there. So what exact steps may I follow to simulate this problem? Thanks

I played with it today for a while, but I was not able to simulate it. I'll keep this in my mind and will watch it carefully, but for now, I have no solution. Fortunately it is not a big problem, but I'm sure, it will be soon or later fixed :). Thanks for now.

When you need to try it , it never happens :)
I've also tried it several times without ever being able to reproduce the problem.
I forgot to tell you that I have also the auto zoom enabled.

I've seen that as well... maybe once a week. No clue when and how... but auto zoom is not at fault, never used it.

I found also some more cases when this issue happen, anyway it should be finally fixed in latest 3.19.0 version. Thanks for bug report Lorenzo.
