Re-install of Locus Map after reset of the device

I bought locus map 2 years ago. I had to reset my smartphone and wanted to relinstall the app. But now I have to pay again. What is wrong?

Hi Frank,
your Locus Map Pro licence on Google Play Store has lifetime validity. If you use the same Google account on the new phone, you can install Locus Map Pro on it for free. If, despite the fact, Google wants your money again, it is a bug of Google. Solution: go to your phone settings > Applications > Google Play Store > delete all its data and restart your phone. If this doesn't help, please contact Google Play support.
